The PRIS Solutions teaching tool kicks off with a lively and energizing short introduction. Then, in smaller groups, everyone will then be encouraged to express themselves artistically, thus creating their own work of art, using paint and brushes.
Each group will be presented several different exciting challenges to listen to, to learn from and to interprete. The big challenge however, is for them to transform what they hear into something they can see! Inspiring thoughts are exchanged and the individual problem solving begins.

After they've completed the tasks, it's show time! All seperate artworks will be joined together and the power of diversity
will manifest itself in all its perfection. The final result is a stunning collaborative work of art, clearly showing the
value of each delegate.

Looking at the completed and finished work, your team quickly comes to realise that everyones individual skills are of great
importance within the company or achieving the common goal. There will be compliments and cheers! Mutual respect and understanding grows as they each recognise the scent of of their joint success and see with their own eyes how strong things can be made when indivual skills are bonded together.
